This extension is designed to hide all internal comments on a Zendesk ticket when viewed through the Zendesk Agent UX. Pressing the button again will show all internal comments, and the eye button will revert to its open state.
It's important to note that this extension will hide all internal comments present in a given Google Chrome Tab. If multiple tabs are open, each containing a Zendesk ticket, hiding comments will only affect the active tab. However, if one tab is open with multiple Zendesk tabs within it, hiding comments will hide all internal comments for every ticket in that tab.
